Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfers: Cancellations will incur an additional 5% fee.

100% Refund: If canceled 10 days prior to the check-in date.

50% Refund: If canceled 7-10 days prior to the date of the visit/outing/event. Notice must be given within this time frame to avail of the refund. Otherwise, no refund will be provided.

No Refund: If canceled within 7 days prior to the check-in date.

Applicable refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
